SAM Global Services provides business setup, visa, and corporate support services in the United Arab Emirates. The scope, fees, and timelines of any engagement will be confirmed in a separate written quotation or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documentation as required for the services. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect timelines and outcomes.
Fees and Payment
Government fees, third-party charges, and service fees are payable as set out in your quotation. Government and authority fees are subject to change and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
Limitation of Liability
While we use reasonable care and skill, outcomes that depend on government authorities, banks, or third parties are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
