What is the UAE Golden Visa?

The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term residency program that allows eligible individuals and their families to live, work, and study in the UAE without a national sponsor. It was introduced in 2019 and significantly expanded in 2022 to cover more categories.

Who Qualifies?

Investors

Public investment: minimum AED 2 million in public investments, approved investment funds, or a company with AED 2 million capital. Property investors: AED 2 million in UAE real estate (can be mortgaged).

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs with an existing project of AED 500,000+ value, or those with a startup approved by an accredited business incubator.

Specialized Talent

Doctors, engineers, scientists, artists, athletes, and creative individuals recognized in their fields.

Outstanding Students

Students graduating from UAE universities with a GPA of 3.75+ or in the top 10% of their class.
